Experteer Overview

In this role you will contribute to the global IT infrastructure, helping to implement strategy and deliver infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with regional teams to support servers, networks, and systems while advocating best practices. The position blends hands‑on technical work with cross‑functional coordination and project‑driven accountability. You will shape infrastructure decisions that improve performance, reduce complexity, and align with KES standards. • Support risk identification, mitigation, and resource coordination
• Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout project lifecycle
• Occasional travel as needed
• Willingness to travel on an occasional basis

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Senior experience in IT infrastructure, ideally in a global/enterprise environment
• Strong expertise in server, network, and system administration
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (ADO, MS Project)
• Ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, and work within structured project frameworks
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
