- Be the contact for clients, offering information, assistance, and efficient problem‑solving.
- Manage quotes, track opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support the sales team with strategic analysis and drive business success.
- Keep our CRM up to date with client details and offers.
- Collaborate with multiple departments (Production, Logistics, etc.) to meet customer needs.
- Follow up on client payments and maintain credit line control.
- Experience in customer service and sales support (at least 3 years).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Ready to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
