The Mechanical Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in the production dept, coordinating activities and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This professional manages resource planning, monitors work progress and resolves any issues that may arise during production. In addition, the Production Coordinator works closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and optimal management of operations.

• Pianificazione e organizzazione delle risorse del reparto produzione officina meccanica (303-1) in relazione ai flussi produttivi;
  
• Monitora il raggiungimento degli obiettivi soddisfacendo criteri di qualità, costi e tempi definiti;
  
• Coordinamento delle risorse, curandone la formazione e lo sviluppo;
  
• Monitoraggio delle attività di produzione e garantisce il rispetto dei programmi di produzione dei reparti (curvatura, fresatura e saldatura), in collaborazione con l’ufficio planning e supply chain;
  
• Coordinamento dei FLL e dell’organizzazione dei reparti officina, analisi della capacità produttiva ed ottimizzazione delle risorse;
  
• Collaborazione con altri department per le attività strettamente collegate alla produzione (approvvigionamento, logistica etc.. );
  
• In collaborazione con il GM, organizza il layout del sito produttivo (303-1), compresi i flussi dei materiali e il corretto asservimento delle linee

• Cooperation with other departments for activities closely linked to production (procurement, logistics, etc.);
  
• In collaboration with the GM, organising the layout of the production site (303-1), including material flows and the correct handling of lines

• Esperienza come Coordinatore di Produzione, Capoturno o simili
• Ottima esperienza come fresatore, operatore specializzato macchine utensili
• Diploma tecnico o Laurea specialistica (o equivalente) in ingegneria gestionale o settore affine
• Abile comprensione dei processi di produzione, delle attrezzature e delle tecnologie utilizzate
• Capacità di gestire in modo efficiente le risorse e materiali, per migliorare l’efficienza e ridurre i costi

• Experience as a Production Coordinator, Shift supervisor or similar
• excellent experience as a milling machine operator
• Technical diploma or Master's degree (or equivalent) in management engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment and technologies used
• Ability to efficiently manage resources and materials to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Good communication and collaboration skills
