We are looking for a Creator Growth Manager to join our team in Italy and take ownership of the growth, activation and retention of our creator community. This is a highly people-oriented and entrepreneurial role, combining creator relationship management, community building, data-driven decision making and operational ownership. You will be the key point of contact for creators throughout their journey with Metapic. You will play a key role in shaping how we grow our creator community in Italy, identifying the profiles with the strongest potential, building meaningful relationships and creating scalable ways to turn new sign-ups into active, high-performing creators.

Creator-first & interpersonal

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain Metapic’s value proposition clearly and in a simple, creator-friendly way.
• Confident presenting to groups, whether at creator events, feature launches or community sessions.
• Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging onboarding content for social media and WhatsApp.

Analytical & commercially minded

• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics such as clicks, conversion rates and order value to prioritize your outreach and activities.
• Strong pattern-recognition skills and curiosity about emerging trends, formats and opportunities within the creator economy.
• Able to translate data and creator feedback into actionable insights.

Highly organized & entrepreneurial

• Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage a growing creator pipeline without letting opportunities fall through the cracks.
• A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and building new processes and playbooks from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you will essentially be building and owning a mini business unit within the Italian market, with a strong sense of ownership over results.

Key Requirement

• Italian speaker – 100% required. Native-level Italian is essential for this role, both written and spoken. The person will communicate daily with Italian creators, host local events, create Italian-language onboarding content and represent Metapic within the Italian creator community.
• Excellent English communication skills are also required for collaboration with the international Metapic team.
